Entry Door Wholesaler in China | Front Entry Doors, Aluminum Specs & Pricing

Aluminum entry door installed on a modern residential villa in China - thermal break frame with tempered glass side panels

ROGENILAN is an aluminum entry door wholesaler in China supplying residential and commercial projects across Europe, North America, Australia and the Middle East. This page documents the aluminum alloy, profile wall thickness, U-values, certification, pricing tables and procurement data for our front entry doors, main entrance doors and aluminum entrance doors built for houses. The specifications apply to both new-build and renovation work, and they are written for buyers, specifiers and installers who need numbers rather than marketing language. All figures below come from production records and third-party test reports, and they reflect standard 2026 production tolerances at our Foshan-adjacent extrusion and assembly lines.

Entry Door Profiles and Aluminum Alloy Specifications

Every ROGENILAN entry door starts from extruded aluminum profiles sourced from certified mills. The alloy choice drives both structural load capacity and the achievable thermal performance of the finished door. Aluminum is selected over steel and wood for entry doors because it does not rust, does not warp with humidity, and holds a stable U-value for the full service life without repainting. The extrusion tolerance on wall thickness is held to ±0.05 mm so that hardware and gaskets seat consistently across a production batch of several hundred leaves.

Aluminum Alloy Grades

We extrude three tempers. 6063-T5 delivers tensile strength of 160 MPa and yield strength of 110 MPa and is used for standard single-leaf residential doors. 6063-T6 reaches 205 MPa tensile and 180 MPa yield and is specified for large double-leaf doors and hurricane-zone projects. 6061-T6 is reserved for structural transoms and over-height openings above 2700 mm. All incoming billets carry mill certificates confirming Si 0.20-0.60%, Mg 0.45-0.90% composition.

Powder Coating and Anodizing Parameters

Standard finish is polyester powder coat from AkzoNobel or Tiger, applied at 60-120 μm film thickness and cured at 200°C. The coating passes 2000 hours salt spray per ASTM B117 and carries a 10-year color-retention warranty. Anodizing is offered at 10-25 μm (AA10/AA20, Class 1). Wood-grain finishes use sublimation transfer at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, with a surface hardness of 2H pencil grade.

Thermal Break Strip Material and Width

The polyamide strip is PA66GF25 (25% glass fiber, made by Ensinger or equivalent). We offer strip widths of 14 mm, 18 mm, 24 mm and 34 mm. Moving from a 14 mm strip to a 34 mm strip lowers the frame Uf value from approximately 5.8 W/m²K to 2.6 W/m²K, which directly improves the whole-door U-value discussed below.

Front Entry Doors — Dimensions, Wall Thickness and Technical Data

Front entry doors are the highest-traffic product in the category. The data below defines the structural and performance envelope we manufacture to.

Profile Wall Thickness

Residential leaf frames use a minimum wall thickness of 1.4 mm in line with GB/T 8478. For main entrance doors we use a 2.0 mm main frame and 1.8 mm sash to support leaf weights up to 120 kg. Frame depth is 70 mm for single-leaf and 90-110 mm for double-leaf and side-panel combinations.

U-Value, Wind Load, Water and Air Tightness

A thermal-break door with double glazing achieves a whole-door U-value of 1.8-2.5 W/m²K. Wind-load resistance is rated class 9, validated to 4500 Pa under GB/T 7106 and AAMA test methods. Water tightness reaches class 6 at 700 Pa. Air tightness is class 8 at 0.5 m³/(m·h). These ratings support use in coastal and high-rise applications.

Hardware and Locking Systems

Locking uses a European multi-point mechanism with 5 to 13 locking points depending on leaf height. Cylinders are euro-profile and the preparation is smart-lock ready. Hinges are stainless steel rated for 120 kg per leaf. Threshold options include low-profile (15 mm) and barrier-free (flat) profiles for accessible housing.

Aluminum Entrance Door Manufacturing Process

Our aluminum entrance door line runs on a 5S-managed floor with full inspection rather than sampling. The process controls below explain how specification converts into a finished unit.

Cutting and CNC Machining

Profiles are cut on dual-head saws at 45° with ±0.1 mm tolerance. Corner joints are milled on 4-axis CNC centers to accept stainless corner keys. Drainage holes, gasket grooves and hardware pockets are machined in a single fixture to remove manual alignment error.

Assembly and Quality Control

Frames are corner-crimped and reinforced, then 100% inspected for squareness (tolerance ±1.5 mm over 2000 mm) and operation torque. Project orders receive a per-unit air and water test on a calibrated rig before packing. This full-inspection rule is a fixed plant standard, not a random audit.

Entry Doors for Houses — Certifications and Compliance

Entry doors for houses in export markets must clear regional compliance. The list below covers the certifications we hold and the documentation supplied with each shipment.

CE, NFRC, AAMA, ISO, Miami-Dade NOA

Doors carry CE marking under EN 14351-1. For the US we provide NFRC 100/200 ratings and AAMA 101 performance classification. The plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Hurricane markets receive Miami-Dade NOA approval validated at ±4500 Pa. For the UK we supply PAS 24 security-rated units. Facade coordination follows CWCT guidance.

Test Reports and Documentation

Each order ships with a Declaration of Performance, factory test report and, for project business, the relevant NOA or NFRC label files. Third-party reports are issued by accredited labs and retained for the product’s certification window.

Procurement Data — MOQ, Lead Time, Payment, Packaging

The procurement terms below apply to wholesale and project orders placed with our China factory.

MOQ and Production Lead Time

Minimum order quantity is 10 sets for stock colors and 20 sets for custom colors or sizes. Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after deposit confirmation, extending to 40 days for wood-grain or Miami-Dade configured units during peak season (April-August).

Payment Terms and Packaging Specs

Terms are T/T 30% deposit plus 70% before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight for established buyers. Packaging is PE foam corner protection, individual corrugated carton, and wooden crate for LCL shipments. A 40HQ container holds approximately 220-260 single-leaf sets depending on glass thickness.

Installation Guide — Steps, Waterproofing, Adjustment

Correct installation protects the performance data above. The sequence below is the one we issue to installers.

Installation Steps

(1) Verify the opening is 20-30 mm larger than the frame on each side. (2) Fix the frame with expansion bolts spaced every 500 mm. (3) Level with shims to ±2 mm. (4) Inject PU foam into the gap. (5) Hang the leaf and fit the threshold. (6) Apply external sealant after foam cure.

Waterproof Treatment and Debugging

Apply a continuous silicone bead on the outer face and backer rod before foam. Inside, the foam itself is the air seal. After hanging, adjust the three hinges so the leaf-to-frame gap is uniform at under 2 mm and the latch engages without force. Re-test multi-point lock travel.

Project Case Study — Residential Villa in China

A recent delivery demonstrates the configuration and cost profile of a typical house order.

Project Overview and Configuration

A 320 m² villa required six entry doors: four single-leaf thermal-break units and two double-leaf main entrance doors with side panels, all 6063-T6 2.0 mm with 5 Low-E+12Ar+5 glazing. Average delivered cost was $540 per set.

Cost Comparison vs Alternative

Against a painted steel door the aluminum unit showed an 18% lower lifetime cost over 15 years due to zero repainting. Against solid wood it removed the need for periodic refinishing in humid climates while holding the same U-value at a lower first cost.

Configuration Comparison — Performance Data Tables

The two tables below support specification decisions between thermal-break and glazing options.

Thermal Break vs Non-Thermal Break

Frame type Frame Uf (W/m²K) Whole-door U (W/m²K) Condensation risk
Non-thermal aluminum 5.8 3.6 High
14 mm thermal break 3.4 2.7 Medium
34 mm thermal break 2.6 1.9 Low

Single vs Triple Glazing Performance

Glazing Ug (W/m²K) STC (sound) Relative cost
Single toughened 5.8 30 1.0×
Double Low-E 1.6 34 1.3×
Triple glazed 0.9 38 1.7×

Glazing, Acoustic and Solar Control Performance

Glazing selection changes both the energy and comfort profile of an entry door. The figures below help specifiers balance budget against performance for houses in different climates, and they pair with the configuration tables shown earlier.

Acoustic Rating (STC and OITC)

Single toughened glass gives a Sound Transmission Class (STC) of 30. Double glazing with a 12 mm argon cavity reaches STC 34. Triple glazing with two 9 mm cavities reaches STC 38 and an Outdoor-Indoor Transmission Class (OITC) of 32, suitable for doors facing busy roads or transit lines. Laminated inner panes add a further 3-4 STC points by damping glass resonance, and they also meet forced-entry glazing requirements under PAS 24.

Solar Heat Gain and Low-E Coating

Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) for clear double glazing is 0.70. A soft-coat Low-E coating reduces SHGC to 0.28-0.40 while keeping visible light transmission above 70%. For south-facing main entrance doors in cooling-dominated climates we specify SHGC 0.25 coatings to cut summer cooling load. In heating-dominated climates a higher SHGC 0.45 coating is used to admit passive solar gain through the glazed side panels.

Grid, Caming and Decorative Options

Decorative grids use 18-25 mm flat or sculpted caming in brass, black or patina finishes. Between-glass grids keep the outer surface flat for cleaning and avoid moisture traps. These options add $15-45 per door and extend lead time by 3-5 days. For modern front entry doors we also offer full-height lite openings with a single horizontal transom bar at 900 mm.

Spare Parts and Service Life

Sealing gaskets are EPDM rated for 20-year outdoor service at -40°C to 90°C. Multi-point gearboxes and cylinders are standard Euro sizes, so replacements are sourced locally without returning the door. Expected operational service life is 25 years with one gasket change, based on accelerated cycle testing to 100,000 open-close cycles.
